William Lee Barefield III also known as Trip Lee releases his first mixtape “the waiting room” to end the year. Furthermore this year makes it a decade in the music industry.
Trip Lee is an original member of Reach Records and the 116 Clique, and this album makes it his sixth solo project.
Lee’s last LP, Rise, came after he had debated retiring from the rap. This project is about persevering. It features label mate Tedashii and production by GAWVI.
He also touches on topics like police brutality, restoration of his health, among other things.
