Sho Baraka premieres a music video for “30 & Up, 1986” featuring Courtney Orlando, , a track from his recently released album The Narrative.

She made references to one of his best known songs We Can Be More which also has a similar love theme to“30 & Up.” Both songs also features Courtney Orlando. Sho also made use of a lot of wordplay especially in describing his woman(wife) as a Christian, and Child of the Supreme God.

Tracee Ellis Ross is the daughter of Diana Ross, who fronted the band The Supremes.

In the second verse, he also referenced other songs including Master P’s song “Make ‘Em Say Uhh.” with catch phrase “bout it bout it.”
