Legendary rapper and former member of the 116 clique collective, Sho Baraka , has just been signed to Humble Beast.

Humble Beast which is a former home to Philadelphia native, Eshon Burgundy is currently home to artists like Beautiful Eulogy, Jackie Hill Perry,

JGivens and Propaganda. Since Sho Baraka left High Society  there has been multiple speculations as to what the next steps for him are. His Insecure video with James Portier even fueled more speculations.

The Introduction of Louis Portier’ was originally supposed to be an EP, but Sho said it changed to a full-length album back on October, 5, 2015.

Sho tweeted this in January 2016

It is highly possible that Sho releases “The introduction of Portier under Humble Beast records.”

See below the official statement on Humble Beast’s website.

“Sho has always been a friend of Humble Beast & our ministry. Recently, we’ve realized just how similarly our paths and passions are intertwining. After building for a while, it only made sense to take the next step. We are thrilled to work with Sho and are excited for you to see what comes from this relationship.”

“Sho wanted to let you know where he’s been, where he’s at, and how he got there. Check out his verse, The Road to Humble.”
