K.Allico Bids God Over Money (GOM) farewell [@kingallico]

God Over Money act ‘K.Allico’ who got signed on to the label on the 1st of January, 2018 has recently announced his exit from the label via his Instagram profile. King Allico expressed that his soul has not been at peace with God lately as he has been going up and down in his relationship with his creator. He also apologized to those who might feel disappointed by his action. It would be recalled that K.Allico dropped his debut EP ‘No Strings Attached’ under God Over Money alongside videos to some tracks on the album.
The rapper also said he will be starting from the scratch as he now has a new IG handle ‘@kingallico’

It is bittersweet that I write this statement to announce that I have stepped away from God Over Money. This may come as a shock to many as this announcement comes just months after committing to GOM in January of this year. The truth is, I have been running in my gifts while being up and down with my relationship with God. This has been going on for a while. I’ve experienced what many may consider as success. But the truth is, my soul hasn’t been at peace. God specifically gave me instructions as to what my purpose is and what I am to do. I was like Jonah and tried to go about God’s work, my way. We all know that will only last for so long. After fasting and much prayer, my life changed drastically. I am in the best place spiritually that I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve never experienced the joy of the Lord in its fullness as I am living now. With that stated, I want to make it very clear that GOM has done absolutely nothing to cause me to step away. I take full responsibility in making a decision to join the label when I wasn’t in God’s perfect will for my life. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Bizzle and the entire GOM squad. I apologize to those I’ve let down and/or disappointed. I am finally in a place where I can truly say I am in God’s perfect will for my life. So, I am starting from scratch as King Allico. God will get the glory for my obedience to Him. My prayer is that those who follow me, understand and will still love and support the path God has me on. Please keep me and my family in prayer as we embark on this new journey.
