New Orleans native, Dee-1, has finally released his much awaited Album titled “Slingshot David”. SlingShot David album is the rapper’s most recent project since he released “Slingshot David Mixtape” in 2016. Notable mentions from the Slingshot David Mixtape are Sallie Mae Back and Against Us Remix ft. Lupe Fiasco and Big K.R.I.T
Sallie Mae Back preached the message of Financial Literacy, which led Dee1 to go on several Missions speaking to youths and adults about Financial Literacy on multiole platforms including Universities.
Dee1’s new album contains 26 whooping concept filled tracks.
From a discussion with hip hop magazine website (Hiphopdx.com) Dee 1 says.
“It’s full of these interludes. The goal is for everybody to see by the end of the album, we all have a little David in us, David meaning that brave warrior that’s willing to fight any Goliath.”
