Female Nigerian rapper, Beecee Ugboh, premieres the video to her recent song “Ife“meaning -Love.
Ife was released as a birthday gift to her husband in June 2017, her note to her husband reads.
“You are my love forever and for eternity… you mean the world to me…thanks for being my friend and angel…. happy birthday to my one and only UCHE UGBOH!!!”.
The rapper did not display love in terms of objects and objectification of body parts on this song – opposing the popular worldview of how love should be.
